Sec. 12-3.6. Violation of a stalking no contact order.

(a)

(a) A person commits violation of a stalking no contact order if he or she knowingly violates any condition of a stalking no contact order issued under the Stalking No Contact Order Act.

(d)

(d) Violation of a stalking no contact order is a Class A misdemeanor. A second or subsequent conviction is a Class 4 felony.
