Sec. 406.1. Fraudulent procurement of controlled substance.

(a)

(a) It is unlawful for any person knowingly to acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, or to acquire or possess a false or forged prescription.

(b)

(b) Any person who violates this Section is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
