Sec. 15. Methamphetamine manufacturing.

(a)

(a) It is unlawful to knowingly participate in the manufacture of methamphetamine with the intent that methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine be produced.

(b)

(b) A person who violates subsection (a) of this Section is guilty of a Class X felony.
