Sec. 20. Aggravated methamphetamine manufacturing.

(a)

(a) A person commits aggravated methamphetamine manufacturing when the person manufactures methamphetamine in a structure where a child is present, or within 1,000 feet of a school or church.

(b)

(b) Aggravated methamphetamine manufacturing is a Class X felony.
